Assistant Baker (part-time, 15 hours/week): This position primarily includes preparing bread dough at night (8:30 – 11:00 pm), Monday – Friday. Seeking someone with very good attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be 18+ years old to operate bakery equipment (by federal law) and must be able to lift 50 lb bags of flour and other heavy items. Includes the possibility of working other shifts and more hours if desired.
